This study describes and understands the joint venture community development group (KUB) in KUB Tungkaran Prince, Tanah Bumbu, Indonesia. research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects are managers members. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, documentation. data analysis technique used is reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing. results showed that empowerment of business groups (KUBE) was stages, starting from preparation, implementation evaluation processes obstacles faced, including lack capital participation KUB's supporting factors include complete tools, natural resources, members marketing products partners. independence has not been maximized, so it essential to carry mentoring process.
